I am very allergic to dogs/cats and smoke. When my son talked with the woman on the phone she replied that it was pet and smoke free. However, as soon as I opened the door to our room I could smell one of those horrible room defusers(you know, the ones to mask the unpleasant smell of ?) I then found the room defuser, put it outside, at which point I noticed a cig. Holder outside the door on the wall. I also mentioned about the room to the clerk, and she stated, oh, the girls do a pretty good job. Won't be staying there again.

Desk Registrar was awesome, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and competent.

Our toilet was plugged from the moment we arrived and would only flush very slowly. We suffered with it overnight thinking it might un-clog by itself. We finally had to call Maintenance in the morning in order to use it. When maintenance showed up they came totally unprepared; no plunger, no snake, no draining liquid. Then each and everytime they thought about these items (usually at my suggestion) they had to run out and get them. These are pretty basic items to have with you when attacking a plumbing problem.... It took forever, so long that we had to seek facilities elsewhere in the building. We finally just checked-out, leaving the maintenance guys still guessing around the toilet. As bad as this all sounds we'd still stay here again because the rooms are quite adequate and the Registration staff was terrific. This was undoubtedly just an anomoly and not a regular occurrence.
